My name is Buzz Andersen, and I'm a Mac developer, occasionally professional photographer, and frequent traveler. I currently split my time between New York City and San Francisco, but I think I'm probably at my happiest on a road trip in the middle of nowhere. I've been an avid user of Flickr for quite sometime now, but as I've started taking my photography more seriously, I've felt the need for a place to showcase what I feel is my best work without the clutter of snapshots and cameraphone pictures. "Edited from Life" will likely be infrequently updated, but when it is I hope you'll find it worth a look.
In case you're wondering, the site's name is a paraphrase from Stephen Shore's book The Nature of Photographs.
